Baahubali 2 : 6 Shows in AP - 5 Shows in Telangana

Both AP and Telangana Government has responded positively to the proposal of increasing numbers of shows of much-awaited 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' for the first one week. While AP Government has sanctioned permission for Six Shows per Day, Telangana Government gave its nod for screening 5 Shows per Day. Given the craze for Baahubali 2, the govt. seems to have taken this decision. Besides curbing the black ticket mafia to some extent, the decision of allowing six shows a day will also help the govt. keep law and order situation under control. With six shows being played in theatres from the permitted 7AM to 2.30AM duration, maximum number of people can watch the film in the first week itself. 

On Monday, Producer Devineni Prasad met Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav for seeking permission over increase of shows citing the enormous craze. Terming 'Baahubali' as Telugus Pride, Talasani offered to provide all possible help for the magnum opus. The decision by the AP govt. will be beneficial for the producers, distributors, exhibitors and movie lovers. The unparalleled craze and the 6 shows a day feasibility are expected to generate earth shattering revenues during the first week run of Baahubali 2. Cinematography Minister recommended Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao to consider 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' as a special case and grant necessary permissions. If KCR gives his consent, Movie Lovers in Telangana will really appreciate the move of State Government.
